Ingredients:  
iceberg lettuce, chopped fine
3-4 slices hard salami (about 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick - ask the deli to cut it), diced
1/4 lb. provolone (or monterey jack) cheese, cut same as salami
fresh basil, chopped
green onions, chopped
avocado (optional)
blue cheese crumbles, approximate 1/2 cup
Paul Newmans light balsamic vinaigrette or Bernsteins balsamic vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Chop everything about same 1/2 inch size except basil. Basil chopped finer. Layer in a large bowl. Add salad dressing to taste and mix. Add salt and fresh ground pepper.
