pork spare ribs (boneless) or hamburger, browned (optional)
quart of bottled tomatoes
small can tomato paste
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbs. parsley
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning (or basil and oregano)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
If using meat, brown and drain. Add tomatoes, paste, chopped onion, garlic and seasonings. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours. It if cooks down too much you can add water.

This is approximate - so adjust seasonings as you like.
