1/2 c. butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate (Baking Square)
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2-1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
6 oz. chocolate chips

2 c. Miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar (4 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

To make the bars:
Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. (I use an 11 x 15 jelly roll pan) In a large sauce pan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining bar ingredients. Mix well and spread in prepared pan.

To make the filling:
In a small bowl comine cream cheese with the next 5 ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy, stir in nuts. Spread over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and bake 25-30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.

For the frosting:
Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2-3 minutes longer. In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, chocolate, cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, immediately pour over marshmallows and mix/ stir together with a knife or the back of the spoon.
