1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes 1/2 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies 1/2 can (4 oz.) diced jalapenos 1/2 bunch cilantro (remove stems and use leaves only) 1 Tbs. vinegar salt and pepper to taste 1/2 chopped onion
Combine ingredients in blender or food processor and pulse to desired consistency. Garnish with sliced olives.
