3 lbs. dipping chocolate
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 tsp. peppermint oil (optional, or use other flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in mixing bowl in warm oven (approximately 150); be careful not to overheat. This will take about one hour. Scald cream on medium heat; do not boil. remove from heat and let stand for five minutes. Blend cream and chocolate together and mix with electric mixer until smooth and the color changes. Add flavoring and mix well. Pour into a 9x12 cake pan lined with cellophane. Put in refrigerator until firm. Wrap with cellophane to store.

Roll into balls or cut into squares and dip in chocolate if desired.
