1 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz.)
1 cup boiling water
1 lemon, juiced
1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
3/4 cup sugar
graham crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello, water and lemon juice. Chill until thickened but not set. After thickened add chilled evaporated milk and sugar. Press graham crackers into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, reserving a small amount. Pour jello mixture over graham crackers and sprinkle with reserved crackers. Chill and serve.
