1 yellow or lemon cake mix
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz.)
3/4 cup oil
2 cups powdered sugar
2 lemons or 6 Tbs. lemon juice and 1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, water, eggs and jello together for 3 minutes on medium speed. Add oil and beat for an additional 3 minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. After removing from the oven, poke the top of the cake repeatedly with a fork and pour glaze over the top.

Glaze: Juice and rind the 2 lemons and mix with powdered sugar. If using bottled lemon juice mix the lemon juice, lemon extract, and powdered sugar together.
