5 to 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
10 black olives, chopped (Kalamata olives work best)
10 large green olives, chopped (Spanish olives work best)
2 to 3 cloves chopped garlic
5 to 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 sup balsamic vinegar
Italian or French bread, sliced and toasted

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well and serve with toasted bread as an appetizer.
