1 1/2 qts. water 1/2 c. diced onion 1 c. diced celery 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes 1 large pkg. california blend vegetables 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 lb. Velveeta
Cook onion, celery, and potatoes in water until they are just about done. Add frozen veggies and cook until they are done. Add soup, stir unil blended. Turn off the heat and add the cheese. It will melt as you stir.
