1 large onion sliced and separated into rings
2 1/2-3 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs
18 oz. honey barbecue sauce
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion in a 5 qt. slow cooker. Top with ribs. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.

Optional step:
Place cooked ribs on the grill for about 5 minutes.
