1 roll - Bounty Select-A-Size paer towels
2 c. - water
1 T - baby oil
2 tsp. - baby bath

Directions:
Directions:
- cut paper towels in half to make two short rolls
- remove cardboard inner tube
- in a container, mix the water, baby oil and baby wash
- put the paper towel roll into the liquid and allow to soak, covered, for 20 minutes
- pull wipes for the inside of the roll
