4 medium potatoes
4 strips bacon, cut-up
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked ham, cut up into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil unpeeled potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and slice. Set aside.

In a large frying pan, cook bacon until transparent. Add the potato slices and ham and cook until lightly browned.

Mix eggs with milk and salt. Pour over the potato/ham mixture and cook until set.
