2 sm. boxes apricot jello
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups small marshmallows
1 can mandarin oranges and juice
1-# 2 can crushed pineapple
2 bananas .
Topping: 1/2 cup pineapple juice , 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 8oz. cream cheese, 1 pkg. of dream whip.

Mix the jello in 2 cups of boiling water Stir well and then add 1/2 cup cold water. When this begins to congeal add the marshmallows, mandarin oranges with the juice, crushed pineapple(save 1/2 cup of the juice) bananas cut in small pieces. Topping:
Mix the pineapple juice , sugar, flour, egg. Cook until thick. Then add the cream cheese. Beat until cheese is smooth. Cool. Fold in the dream whip . Spread on top of jello mixture and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
