mixed greens
1 pkg. feta cheese, crumbled
1 c. Craisins (dried cranberries)
2 T. slivered red onion


Dressing:
2 T. red onion chopped
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1 T. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. oil
sallt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dressing ingredients and refigerate unitl ready to use. Put together salad ingredients. Pour some of dressing over and mix well. Set out extra dresing for individuals to add more.
Serves 6.
