12 oz. mixed red, white and green fusille
4 lg tomatoes, chopped
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, torn
1/2 c. olive oil
Dash salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 min. Mix together the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl. Drain pasta, add to the bowl, toss well.
