1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
12 hard Bartlett pears
2 Tbsp sugar (optional)
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and dash salt. Cut in butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside. Peel, core and slice pears. Place pears in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle crumb mixture over all pears. Bake in 350F for 40-45 min. Serve with ice cream.
