1 lb. pecans(halved)
1 egg white
1 tbsp water

1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whip together egg white and water. Set aside. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in another bowl. Gently stir pecans into egg white mixture until well coated. Spoon into sugar mixture and stir until coated. Remove and spread onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes, Remove to waxed paper and cool.
