5-6 lb - brisket (trimmed)
2 T - liquid smoke
2 T - worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. - celery salt
1/2 tsp. - garlic powder
1 tsp. - pepper
1 pkg. - dry onion soup mix
2 c. - BBQ sauce (pou to cover)

Directions:

Double line pan with foil. Put meat in pan. Pour liquid smoke and worcestershire sauce over meat. Sprinkle meat with other dry ingerdients. Wrap tightly with foil. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours (better for 24 hours). Cook while wrapped at 300 for 4-5 hours. Pour BBQ sauce over meat. Rewrap in foil for the last 1 1/2 hour of cooking. You can cook a day ahead, and then pour BBQ sauce and heat at 300 for 1 hour to serve.
