2 large cans sweet potatoes 1/2 cup condensed milk 2 eggs 1 cup sugar (white) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 3/4 stick butter
Boil 2 large cans of sweet potatoes and drain. Add milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter. Add a dash of salt. For the topping, you can mix 1/3 c flour,1c brown sugar,1c pecans, and 1/3 stick butter. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
My grandkids like marshmellows on top. I got this recipe from Bea and it has become a mainstead at Christmas.
