6-7 hot peppers (remove stem)
1 lg. red pepper (remove seeds/stem)
1-2 lg. green peppers (remove seeds/stem)
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
9-10 lbs tomatoes, skinned
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Wash vegetables, chop in food processor. Combine in a lg. kettle and add the vinegar, salt, and pepper. Heat to fast simmer for 1-2 hours till desired thickness. Pack in sterilized jars and process 25-30 min.
