1/3 c. Sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 1/3 c. flour
4 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Streusel topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and add to creamed mix. Add milk slowly. Fold in blueberries. In 12 paper muffin cups give a quick spray with cooking spray and fill with mixture. Set aside to make topping.

Streusel topping:
Combine all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle (pat lightly onto top of mixture so it doesn't fall off during baking). Bake 375F for 25 min.
