1 c mayonnaise
1 ½ c parmesan cheese
1 c Monterey Jack shredded
2-4oz cans green chilies
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp chili powder

Directions:

Mix and Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers, or vegetables.
