8 oz. cream cheese
small container cool whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 bag frozen mixed berries

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients well with an electric mixer.

Fold in remaining ingredients.
