20 oz. can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/4 bag Sam's Club frozen meatballs (thawed), or make your own.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain/save juice from pineapple, then add water to juice to make 1 cup.

Add cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce in sauce pan with juice. Bring to light boil. Stir until it changes color and thickens. Add green pepper and about 1/4 bag of Sam's meatballs.

Easy to warm up and keep warm in a crock pot.
