10 chicken breast
10 slices Monterey jack, Colby, or swiss cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top dressing
Parsley, garlic salt, and salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
6 oz. of wine (white is best)
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chicken breast in glass dish or cake pan. Season chicken. Layer cheese slices over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with dressing, parsley, an garlic salt. Combine soups, wine and mushrooms. Pour over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours at 300%.
