4 Chicken Breasts, boneless/skinless 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
1 Stick Butter 1/2 tsp. Thyme
Flour 1/2 C. White Wine
Herbal Stuffing Mx Garlic Salt
1 Egg, Beaten Seasoning Salt
1 T. Parsley, Chopped Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp. Pineapple Sage Poultry Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken, coat with butter (I melt my butter first and roll the chicken in it). Season chicken with above spices to your taste. I usually just sprinkle them on once over quickly.
Put chicken in a zip lock bag with flour and shake, then dip in egg. Put this into another zip lock bag with crushed stuffing mix and shake well. Remove chicken, place it into baking pan with remaining melted butter.
Top with herbs. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Baste with butter during cooking. I usually try to baste it every 10 min. during this time.
Take out of oven after 30 min., pour wine over chicken. Bake another 20 min. Sometimes I baste it with butter and wine mixture from the pan during this time.
