4 medium baking apples-cored but not peeled
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cold water
1/2 c. whipping cream or evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 325. Baste with juice, sugar and butter mix. Combine cornstarch adn water. Add cream. Remove apples from baking dish. Stir in cream mix. Return apples to pan. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve apples with sauce spooned over top.
