1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1/8 tsp pepper Dash of Mrs. Dash 1 1/2 cup of hot water 1/2 cup raw rice 2 cups celery 1/2 chopped onion One can of Chow Mein Noodles
Brown meat and drain. Place meat in a casserole dish. Add all other ingredients except noodles. Place in a 350º oven covered for 30 minutes. Add the can of chow mein noodles on top and cook for another 15 minutes.
