1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 3 ripe bananas
Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients, vanilla, bananas and nuts. Pour into well greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 300º for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
