1 egg separated
1c. milk
3 tbsp oil
1 1/4 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sal
1oz butter
1 tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg-yolks and milk lightly together. Add sifted dry ingredients, beat until smooth. Add melted, cooled butter and water; blend well. Fold in firmly beaten egg-whites.
Spoon approximately 2 tbsp. of mixture into center of iron Close iron, cook until golden brown, about 1 minute.
