1 lb. sausage (hot optional)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
3 c. Bisquick
16 oz. grated sharp cheddar
1/2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
few dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all, adding Bisquick last. Roll into small balls. Bake on jelly roll pan (sm. sides so grease won't drip on your oven) at 350 for 20-25min.
