1 large jar chipped beef, diced
1 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
dash garlic salt
parsley flakes
sour cream
chopped nuts
1/4 c. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Pour warm water over beef to remove salt. Mix beef, cream cheese, onion sherry, and garlic. Form into a ball. Cover with sour cream. Sprinkle with nuts and parsley. Serve with crackers and party rye. May make the night before.
