1 1/2 lb beef chuck shoulder
3/4 c ketchup
2 T wine vinegar
2 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the meat. Mix well and place steak and marinade in ziplock bag. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Broil or grill meat to desired doneness. While meat is broiling, bring marinade to a boil and simmer for several minutes. Carve steak in thin slices diagonally across the grain, and serve with sauce.
