Ingredients:
1 each of 3 different types of apple such as Red Delicious, Gala, Jonathan (or other type)
1 7-up or Sprite
3 stalks of celery
1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
Cool Whip Free

Directions:
Directions:
Wash apples carefully and then chop into bite-size pieces leaving skin on apple. As you chop apples, place them in a mixing bowl with 7-up or Sprite, stirring to coat apple pieces completely. Allow apples to soak in 7-Up or Sprite while you chop celery into small pieces. Add chopped celery to apples and stir until celery is evenly distributed. Pour into colander, draining 7-Up or Sprite. Return apple and celery to mixing bowl and stir in nuts and enough Cool Whip to coat all pieces. You won't need the entire container of Cool Whip!

I use sugar-free 7-Up or Sprite and Cool Whip Free for fewer calories! If you stretch it out for 10 servings, it's only 1 (Weight Watchers) point!
