1 large garlic clove, very finely minced 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, optional salt & ground pepper to taste 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together. Great over romaine lettus for a unique Caesar Salad or as a dipping oil for Italian bread.
