3 large overripe bananas
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bananas, melted butter and egg. Stir together flour, sugar, salt and soda, then mix with banana mixture. Bake in buttered loaf pan in 325 oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
