6 chicken breasts
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lg can sliced pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chicken in brown bag full of all dry ingredients except brown sugar. Brown in oil and place in casserole dish. Make a mixture with soy sauce, brown sugar, and juice from pineapple and water to equal 1 1/2 cups total. Pour over chicken and cover. Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Put pineapple slices on top and baste often. Serve with rice and vegtables.
