1 pkg. white cake mix
1 eagle sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz) container cool whip
7 oz coconut, shredded
1 (15oz) can coco Lopez cream of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake white cake as directed on package using a 9 x 13 pan. Mix condensed milk with cream of coconut. Pour over warm cake, which has been pierced with a fork. Cool in refrigerator. Frost with cool whip and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If you like coconut cake, this is the best! Coco Lopez can be found in the liquor department of the grocery store, but contains no alcohol.
