Sliced bacon (cut in thirds)
Pork loin sliced thin
Cream Cheese
Jalapenos
Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere's is our favorite)
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Lay down 1/3 slice of bacon.
Lay a thin slice of pork loin on top. (not too much bigger than the bacon)
Add a dab of cream cheese in the middle and place a piece of jalapeno on top.
Roll it up and stick a toothpick in it.
Sprinkle on Cajun seasoning.
We bar-b-que them till brown. We have broiled them. They probably could be baked too at 350, but I dont know how long it would take. Just till they look done.

Can be made ahead and frozen until you are ready to cook them.
They are a bit spicy. But really good!
