2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 whole eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, soda and salt.
Melt margarine in small pot, add cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Pour into 9X13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Ice while hot.

Icing:
Melt 1 stick margarine in a pot. Add 4 tbsp. cocoa and 6 tbsp. buttermilk. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup nuts. Mix with mixer, and spread on hot cake.
