3 pink grapefruit
2 white grapefruit
8 seedless oranges
1 red delicious apple
1 1/4 cups red seedless grapes, halved
1 banana
1 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Section grapefruit and oranges with a sharp knife. Place in a large bowl and squeeze in the fresh juice from the residual part of the fruit. Dice the apple (leave skin on for color). Add apple and grapes. Pour on orange juice and store in refrigerator. Add banana just before serving.
Can serve as a first course with a small spoonful of sherbet.
