6 chicken breasts
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Hellman's mayo (approx 1 cup)
1-2 T of B & G sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 - 3/4 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with water, add bouillon and boil until done, approx 30 mins. Drain. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add some mayo, relish, salt and pepper (and celery if you like). Stir to coat. You need to assess how much mayo you like and adjust accordingly. Lightly toss in grapes and chill.
