8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 T vanilla
1 T milk
Apples (Granny Smith are best)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients with a mixer. Chill 30 minutes. Slice apples and dip in lemon juice to keep from browning.
