3-oz. pkg. raspberry jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 t. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 pint fresh raspberries
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water and lemon juice; add raspberries. Let cool 10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream until well blended. Cover; refrigerate until firm.
Spoon into serving dishes; garnish with additional fresh raspberries, if desired.
