1 lb. stew meat, cut into bite size
1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. potatoes, cut up
1 onion, cut up
2 Tbsp. minute tapioca
2 c. V-8 juice
1 pkg frozen peas
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a Dutch oven. Cover and bake at 225F for 5-6 hours. Recipe may vary in time. Also water and V-8 may be added if it gets too dry. Stir occasionally.
