7 potatoes, boiled with skins. Cooled, peeled, sliced,
and placed spread out in a 9 x 13 glass pan.
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 ½ c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
Pour mixture over the top of potatoes.
1 c. cornflakes crushed finely
2 tbsp. melted butter
