1/2 c. - flour
1 1/2 c. - milk
1 T - sugar
1/2 tsp. - vanilla
1/4 tsp. - salt
6 - eggs
10 - 1 inch slices of french bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 oz - cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 c. - blueberries
1/2 c. - nuts (optional)
powdered sugar

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs until smooth. Coat bread cubes in mixture. Pour
into the prepared pan. Top with cream cheese, blueberries and nuts. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Bake at 400, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
