1 1/2 c. - flour
2 c. - packed brown sugar
1/2 c. - butter
3 - eggs
1 tsp. - baking powder
1 tsp. - vanilla
1/4 - tsp. - salt
1 1/2 c. - coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar and butter until particles are fine. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Beat 1 1/2 c. brown sugar with eggs; mix in remaining ingredients. Spread over crust. Bake 20-25 more minutes, or until golden brown. When cold, cut with a sharp knife.
