Rolls
1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 T grated orange rind
1 tsp salt
1 package yeast
5 cups flour

Icing
2 T orange juice
1 tsp orange rind
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt

Heat until shortening melts then cool until lukewarm

In a large bowl mix yeast, eggs, juice, rind and flour

Mix to a soft dough

Let rise once

Form dough into strips and wrap into pinwheel rolls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet

Bake 400 for 15 minutes or until browned

Icing
Blend orange juice, rind and powdered sugar
Frost rolls warm from the oven
