Ingredients:  
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cup up
1 Tsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.)
2 cups UNCOOKED corkscrew pasta
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in hot oil. Drain and set aside. Mix soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add UNCOOKED pasta. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often. The pasta cooks ritght in the soup! Add browned chicken. Cook 5 minutes or until pasta is done, stirring often. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
